MENGHILANGKAN PHOBIA

Teknik Penyembuhan
Ada beberapa teknik Untuk
penyembuhan phobia
diantaranya adalah sbb:
1. Hypnotheraphy: Penderita
phobia diberi sugesti-sugesti
untuk menghilangkan phobia.
2. Flooding: Exposure Treatment
yang ekstrim. Si penderita phobia
yangngeri kepada anjing
(cynophobia), dimasukkan ke
dalam ruangan dengan beberapa
ekor anjingjinak, sampai ia tidak
ketakutan lagi.
3. Desentisisasi Sistematis:
Dilakukan exposure bersifat
ringan. Si penderita phobia yang
takut akan anjing disuruh rileks
dan membayangkan berada
ditempat cagar alam yang indah
dimana si penderita didatangi
oleh anjing-anjing lucu dan jinak.
4. Abreaksi: Si penderita phobia
yang takut pada anjing
dibiasakan terlebih dahulu untuk
melihat gambar atau film tentang
anjing, bila sudah dapat tenang
baru kemudian dilanjutkan
dengan melihat objek yang
sesungguhnya dari jauh dan
semakin dekat perlahan-lahan.
Bila tidak ada halangan maka
dapat dilanjutkan dengan
memegang anjing dan bila
phobia-nya hilang mereka akan
dapat bermain-main dengan
anjing. Memang sih bila phobia
yang dikarenakan pengalaman
traumatis lebih sulit dihilangkan.
5. Reframing: Penderita phobia
disuruh membayangkan kembali
menuju masa lampau dimana
permulaannya si penderita
mengalami phobia, ditempat itu
dibentuk suatu manusia baru
yang tidak takut lagi pada
phobia-nya.
